Question 1
What are some of the things that schools in Singapore are doing in order to take care of the environment?

ANS:
Schools educate their students on how to save energy through their science lesson.The Singapore Environment Council (SEC) and National Environment Agency also organise a project called, the project carbon zero to reduce home use energy.Schools also emphasis on issues like energy conservation and climate changes.




Question 2
Do you think one person's effort in reducing, reusing and recycling will make a difference in saving the environment? What steps have you taken in the effort to save the earth?

ANS:

YES!!! Every trash bag,litter that we throw into the dustbin makes a big difference in the world.By not littering,we save all those so called 'dumb' animals from extinction.Animals always eat whatever in front of them but little do they know that those "food" are just another step away for them to die.

I made sure thaht my family and I make a difference in this suffering world of ours.The house lights or electrical appliances are switched off when not in use.We rarely use the air conditioner.Even if we have to, we use it after the 25 degree celsius mark.And we seldom use the family car.I walked to school everyday instead of my father sending me to school.
